My next featured dog has been in the shelter since March 23rd. His name is Earl and a Welsh Corgi Car Mix. He’s about 7 years old, 29 lbs, and a complete sweetheart. Earl just wants to be loved and cuddled. He was an owner surrender, but you can always ask the humane society why he was given up if you are interested!
